No, but... (big but...) They did ask you not to come. (As you pointed out in the prior post. However... Not sure that was appropriate of them, since they invited you, on that same respect. Via the website invitation to pick-up your miner. You should be safe from being sewn too.
)However, the video thing, is sort-of an invasion of privacy, if they opened the door and you had it running. That is something which would normally require express permission. (Just adding that as a note, not a judgement on you or them. I would have invited you in. But that is not my business. xD I would have gotten fired.)
