We (Stake Staff) have been pronouncing several times now both here at Bitcointalk and our Socials that each individual Gambler should take their accounts more secure.

Things like enabling your 2FA, Email Confirmation and even checking your Sessions (Account -> Settings -> Sessions) on a regular basis is important.

There's nothing Support can do as refunding you since bets have been placed and it was by someone that had access to your account.
