TAO's developer admited it but how it went wrong like that?

I did not know about the TAO project before seeing the scam accusation here. The TAO project was born (on the forum) on July 28, 2016. About one year later, the TOMO project was born (on the forum) on July 15, 2017. I took the creation days of their ANN threads as their projects' birthdays. In reality, the real birthdays can be sooner.
