@Symphonized while I understand that he wont get a refund, but the support should consider blocking the IP address if its different to what @CoinSkipper was using so that the other user is unable to mess with any other stake users account.
I believe they already have that. I have used a VPN once (my other logins were from my real IP address) and after that, whenever I tried to claim my daily bonus, tip someone or withdraw my funds I couldn't and I had to write an email to the support using my registration email address so they can unlock it. The only problem here is that even when your account is closed, you can still make bets...which could also explains why whoever hacked CoinSkipper's account gambled instead of withdrawing the funds.
