madnessteat and DroomieChikito who are active on Russian and Indonesian local boards respectively have also earned enough merits to reach this level but do not have sufficient activity.
Corrosive is in the same situation.
YOSHIE and BITCOIN4X who are active on the Indonesian local board became Hero Members.
Kialara and GazetaBitcoin have also received enough merits to achieve this position, but they do not yet have sufficient activity.
