The original Tao coin was something else (probably a copy of some other project). This is Tao 2 -- just an excuse to run a second ICO for the same failed project.

It does not totally fit with the TAO 2 case but months ago, I also warned newbies about the new wave from scammers with probably newborn scam altcoin projects.
Altcoin season, scam altcoin projects will appear. Check their Githubs first. So lessons from the past always have their values but newbies often ignore past lessons, especially if those lessons are from others, not theirs.
