Users whom are good onto language and promotions with the appropriateness of the content onto it's target audience can also use this forum to be hired by other people or an aspiring team who will conduct a project. They can post threads in Services saying that they are content creator yet if a beginner or a starting creator would want to have clients, he/she better have his drafts and ideas of any  certain topic that he/she can create a content and therefore can be used as a portfolio as a proof of that he/she can do the job.
