For those listed on it, I would personally say that Binance should be on top of my list, no hassle in so far as trading experience. Changelly as well, I used them before and so it OKex for about a month and CEX.io when I try to purchase bitcoin through credit card in 2018. But I guess everyone here could have different user experience, maybe good on my end might be awful on other people. So I would say that we should experience a little and see what exchanges are going to be good on us and not just rely on reviews.
