Binance ever hacked but the trader's assets have been restored, so basically the best alternative is binance, I will still choose it even if the Binance market ever hacked
Agree, the Coinbase is only for US citizens, which most of the other country people cannot use its services. Penance is one of the best exchanges and it was hacked previously, but managed to refund the people who were in that attack, previously there are some exchanges hacked which they have not cleared the lost money to their customers.
Yeah coinbase will providing their all of services for the specific region, a lot of north american countries got advantages buy/sell/convert. Even they can use debit card as a payment method. Is the Penance are local stock exchange? I see the major exchange binance given refunded when it’s hacked. But it’s never possible to manage for the overall centralized exchanges.
