It seems that the price to get a L3 address is actually 0.3 and not 0.2 as stated in the stats page
Apparently you need to upgrade to L2 first. If you do it all in one step directly from L1 to L3 the cost is 0.3
thats big money 0.3 just for upgrade, do you think its worth it or not?
