Of course its shit what happened but :

1. you kept playing so you were "ok" with it

2. would you complain if you would have won?

3. why play anyway if it bothers you so much

Not saying you are wrong but this is for me a clear case of exploiting an error. Its like betting on a ame with wrong odds when you know they are wrong and complain afterwards if it somehow loses.
