This person is claiming youtube bounty, I think he is Scammer. The claimed youtube video is belonged to a youtuber Named Zulifqar ali who have already doing work on bounties with its own Two BTT accounts.

MY point is Either these accounts are handling by the one person or the reported user (pankaj1234) is scamming.
