Something needs to be done for that bad flips that are in range from 10% to 20% of all flips.
If people are lazy or post bad stuff on purpose that should be sanctioned.
I agree on that I almost failed in the validation because of the bad flips I encounter but what I am more concern of in my end is my internet connection be sure you have at least 5 mbps the first set of flips might not load I failed my first validation because of my bad internet connection.
