They recently switched from Boogle.io to the mainpage Boogle.com, from what i can see claiming to have simply purchased Boogle.com

The thing is, i cant imagine Google not winning if they sued Boogle, and unless they are partnerd i cant see how they wouldnt do that.
Thats like if i opened a company called Chevolet, as my car brand. Or a social network called Lacebook, thats simply not gonna happen.

Reason for making the thread (to be clear) is because my attempts at asking for info where simply ignored . (+ i think if someone just creates a 7bn market and dosnt announce on here, that people dshould know).
