Mtgox filing for Bankruptcy protection when guilty of Fraud

So if one steals money by fraud they can just file for Bankruptcy and then they are off scott free

Why can't we have all the official Mtgox addresses? cause the coin is still in there 

I'll have you all know they first tried to say it got stolen through a malleability attack

then they turned around and said they never had it, now what are they saying ? Bankrupt

The coin is still in the Addresses  Blockchain is the evidence !!!
