In my case they said it was Europol who contacted them. Europol wouldn't directly contact a UK based exchange. They have no jurisdiction in the UK. The only thing Europol could do is work with UK authorities such as the NCA or SW RCCU. ExtStock should have been contacted by either the UK police, SW RCCU or NCA. Not Europol. This story makes absolutely no sense and is legally impossible.

That's the Companies House listing. Last accounts filed were for a dormant company with £1 of assets. Googling them gives basically no online presence. 1 person listed ever against the company, not a great sign for something that advertises itself as a 'group of ex banking specialists'.
I think its a scam, probably a ponzi scheme that's starting to go wrong, he is robbing Peter to pay Paul as it were and does not have any currency left to pay us out. There is no europol investigation, he is stalling.
If I get my money back then I will apologize and move on. If I don't and this drags on, then I will focus my time on preventing other people from having to go through this as well.
