To answer your question, I do not have a control, when I start doing something I enjoy I do not stop. That is the reason that I do not gamble because I believe that prevention is better than cure. If I caught myself in the quicksand of gambling addiction, I have a plan. First thing that I should do is accept myself as addicted and tell my parents that I am addicted and they will help me in rehabilitating my addiction by cutting off the funds that I get from them and making sure that I always go home after school and blocking online gambling website in our Internet. Gamblers that tend to control themselves are confident but there will be times that you just can't help yourself and that's a serious matter. If you go that deep, even you're calm and cool you just can't avoid it.
I never extended beyond that point or it is just I am not aware that I'm not in control anymore because I always think that I can get back my losses if I keep playing with higher risk.
