So, it seems that Zulfi125  and ali115112 might be alts of previously banned accounts, and therefore should be banned (haven't check that claim yet properly yet), but i am  not so sure that @pankaj1234 used their video, proof provided is not enough as it is not unusual that bounty scammers use info of other members to try fool bounty managers. From what i can see in the spreadsheet  link  provided by OP, @pankaj1234 allegedly used this IQ address for YT video campaign


Problem with this is that it doesn't match the address used in proof of registration post

Pankaj1234 indeed joined YouTube campaign, but in comment /like part of the campaign not video creation, as it can be seen from that spreadsheet, where he used same address as in proof of authentication post.


Same address is used  for Telegram part of the campaign



So before tagging @pankaj1234, I would like to see some more concrete proof, as anyone can use anyone else's info and join bounty campaign, as we've seen so many times before.
