They shouldn't have been there in the first place. It actually behooves Google to screen what they accept in their web store, ads, and so on. Shame on them for having these malicious extensions accepted.

Really poor attempt as I didn't even see the link when reading the first post.
But, it seems like this will lead to something more interesting than the current topic. An Estonian exchange, no real address, minimum mandatory capital...I give it 3 months before it has a dedicated thread in reputation
