The US Stimulus - How do you feel about it in general and also in how it is divided?

Do you think more should have gone to small businesses and families/individuals?

Its not a true Economic Stimulus plan.

Disaster Relief or Quarantine Support are more accurate descriptions.

I'm personally not a fan of helicopter cash drops. The main quarantine issues are income, food, bills and rent. First order of business is to cut property taxes to reduce rent/mortgage payments. This will make those helicopter drops more effective for consumers pay their rent. Second order of business is to temporarily decrease or suspend said rent/mortgage collection as well as liabilities further up the food chain. Where rent/mortgage collection would temporarily be slashed by 75% or some other to be determined factor. Landlords would be better positioned to cope with this with property taxes cut but they could become eligible for other bailouts as well. The main goal with this would be to reduce panic and maintain order. While helping ensure disaster relief bailout funds are being distributed efficiently.

Grow your own food packages and information kits should also be distributed. To encourage decentralization of food processing/production in the event that the centralized system becomes infected or is shut down.

Next the government should incentivize more work from home programs. Whether is developing new skillsets or more job opportunities being available online. We need a better paradigm shift for help workers cope with the quarantine environment. And more opportunities for people to work somewhat normally and earn income.
