U are right there is no official release of any tool that can be used on 5600 bios, but bios still can be moded.

There is really a possibility that AMD developers can modify BIOS for a variety of GPUs, including the RX 5600. What merit is your statement for an average miner that wishes to modify an RX 5600 and improve its performance in a Linux environment today?
