That's the hope that can still be hold by the project developers, once they've successfully bring the project into life again then those previous investors who left the project will be interested to go back and invest again, this can be happen if the people behind this project will totally offer something that investors and traders will be attach without anything it will be hard for this coin to rise back.
If they choose to improve the project, they can do so, this is a successful project which raise a good amount, therefore they have the budget to develop the project. I already miss the hype of the project, it only started to struggle when listed in Binance for free, too much hope for that but the opposite did happen.
