For all governments, decentralized cryptocurrency is a very big problem. Therefore, no government, I am absolutely sure of this, will begin to do harm to itself. Therefore, I do not even admit the idea that any government may be involved in the creation of cryptocurrency. Unless the situation can be as always simple: they planned to create something else, but they got a cryptocurrency, which then "escaped" to the people.
