Made a move yesterday after coming across few threads about coinomi wallet in wallets thread of this forum, missing funds, stolen recovery seeds, some said it's coinomi team, some blame SSL but I don't want this to happen to me, I finally switched to Trust wallet even though it's not fully open source, I hardly heard anything bad about the wallet.

As much as we try to educate users, due to Coinomi's massive userbase we unfortunately head about such events. As long as you take proper care of your backups you are perfectly safe using Coinomi.
