I recently transferred my 100NRG to Gen3 and after I read a little into it and realized you can't deposit them to an exchange and there is not even an ETA I got pretty suspicious. After reading trough the last few pages of their thread and also taking the above into account I don't trust them one bit.

You mentioned in one of your posts that you were able to deposit to KuCoin, I want to do the same but my ticket to their support team was not answered. Where can I turn to to get this done? I want to get this done asap before this mess comes crumbling down..
