I have a few questions regarding running a Bitcoin gambling website online.
I am located in Canada. So I'm not sure if it's legal for me run a site like this online from within Canada.
If it is legal for me to host the site else where, where is it possible for me to host it and do I need to get it licensed or it's okay to operate without a license since it's crypto.
It will be best and legible to have a license to operate a Bitcoin gambling site because running such website that is based on playing gambling which will obviously involve money will need a license to operate because if you will not be having a license, it can be considered as illegal gambling which will put you into serious cases regarding that one. Even if it is a gambling site that will be using cryptocurrency, I think it is still in need to have a license for legality purposes and to prove that you are legally running a gambling site because legitimacy is one of the elements online gamblers are looking for before getting engage into it since crypto is also a value currency like fiat. I do not know anything about laws in Canada regarding operation of online gambling site so I think you need a lawyer for legal issues like that.
