This year! I don't think it will be possible. Because you know what the market situation now. And most importantly, what the world is like now. The world economy is going very badly. All markets are crashing. I don't know how long this situation will last. So no one knows how interested investors are in this situation. So its hard to do reach this target. I don't think eth $1400 can go this year.
You never know with crypto, I bet in 2017 when Bitcoin was just over $1k nobody ever thought it could go $4k let alone 10k or 20k, but it happened and most of us were there to see it.
But like you said, this is a very different situation now. World is breaking, economy is bad,,, there is no money.
