Can you explain about this bounty program because there is no clear information on how to promote it so I have trouble understanding it, is it really not fully released yet?

The rules in the bounty are not understood by me.

In some cases some investors don't care about the price because what they want is a really promising and good project that will produce some goods in the future.  However, I have seen a project whose tokens were sold at $ 40 during the ICO and the tokens went well until now.  But, I also have a few questions, the metal reserve part of this project is there any other projects that will be offered to the crypto community
