Hacken 18% or 7 million in IEO sales at OceanEX I think it's still not optimal and should be able to raise more funds to get bigger.

For private sale, I don't, I don't know whether Hacken has raised funds from it or not, what is clear is the team doesn't publish it to the community.
If Hacken has additional funds, then I think it's good that they can go free thinking about this project going forward.
