for me . i never going to spend any btc even 0.0000001 .actually btc is not for spending ,specially we are so close to halving best action for bitcoin is hold .altcoins are defrent story.depends on the project , maybe u found some good coin just to spend it in shop only for foods or other coin just for buying cloths.we need more time to get there.
