Why does this casino automatically convert your deposit into USD instead of sticking with the absolute value of the deposit? This creates massive trust issues because the player is forced to adopt your conversion rate and it's not displayed anywhere on the site when depositing. I made a deposit and withdrew and the withdrawal was ~2 USD short at current rates. I'm not sure if that's a discrete and dishonest way that you all can short the withdrawls by using the lowest conversion rate but I imagine that this was not done by accident. Not a big deal with me considering I was dealing with low volumes but it could be an issue when withdrawing large amounts.
I would highly recommend putting the conversion rate that the site uses directly on the depositing and withdrawal menus. Better than that it'd be more efficient to use absolute deposit values oppose to relative conversion rates.
We use coinmarketcap as our primary source for pricing, which tends to be a few dollars short of places like coinbase for example.
This is the important part: The price we use for both deposits and withdrawals is the same, so the user never loses money just because our price is a bit lower.
