OP sorry to say this but, I checked your site there is no much traffic no comments on any of the posts which looks like the content is not read by anyone. I writer writes for audience ofcourse for money as well. Please can you give details on the traffic that can be got for the article?
If you are starting it new then it is nice growth.
Maybe OP builds the basement for increasing the traffic in the future? The quality article can attract new users but I suggest hiring the authors who can write technical content. This trend will be the most searched future, in my opinion.
