True, the IEO proved to be better than the outdated ICO, this is the pure truth.
because participating in IEO is much safer, it reduces the risk of losing everything. Everyone understands this anyway 
That's interesting opinion. I believe people are tired about ICO fraud and that's why they dont see value and advantages Relictum Pro project. May be IEO will allow to open their eyes. Time will show us
