Partea pozitiva din ce am inteles este ca va fi mai usor pentru exchange-urile care lucreaza cu fiat sa colaboreze cu bancile, deci exchange-urile noi nu vor mai putea fi refuzate asa usor de banci ca pana acum. Cine nu vrea regulation probabil se va descurca in continuare cu DEX-uri, TOR, VPN-uri, Monero, non-KYC exchanges, etc. deci nu-i dracul asa negru pana la urma.
