And Altcoin board is filled with multiple threads like ANN, Bounties,Exchanges and much more so its better to have child boards as well. 
Exactly the Altcoin is full of utter SPAM and uneeded shitcoin related promotional information. It should either be relegated to an Altcoins (Announcements) sub-board or deleted all together as the amount of discussions in the India section is not much anyway.
