It is just an bought or hacked account with no proper knowledge about how most of the things and rules around here work.. I am sure he is getting those products from e-commerce websites at cheap price through something fake or scammy similar to what he is trying to do in the OP here by asking others to create accounts for him and tricking limited edition products on Amazon my using multiple accounts.
