I don't think there is a truth to sports gambling addiction but there is gambling addiction which is anything that will satisfy their thrills. Now that sports events are cancelled they are left with esports. I bet on boxing and MMA but esports is not my thing.

Same for me, the lack of premier league matches is the reason why I stopped gambling right before this period. The MMA and boxing stuff is a big mess for me and I think the cheating issues are more popular there, in my humble opinion.
