I'm trying to place an order on TradingView to buy BNB.
But I wanna spend 0.3 Bitcoin for the trade.
But the platform doesn't give me an option to enter how many bitcoins I wanna trade. Instead, it asks me how many altcoins (BNB) I wanna buy.
So what's the formula for converting say 0.3 bitcoin to a specific altcoin?

You check either the exchange and do some math (what you want to spend / value of the altcoin), or check a token ticker like
coingecko and do the same math (altough it does it for you)
In your case,
BNB-BTC pair 0.3BTC equals to 141,52512856496492 BNB
There may be some small changes between different exchanges
