I really did not write anything that can judge you. You misunderstood for sure. I provided the information on who can create a topic in that section. There were nothing there about it. Feel free to read again please.
If I am not wrong then I think a user needs to be a specific rank+ to be able to create a topic in that section. I think it's Sr. Member or above.
I see I can create, masulum is a hero and he can create, Findingnemo is s Full Member but he can not create which means we have left a Sr. Member to try :-P
But i politely said that i Created this thread mistakenly because and i just want to ask how post in other languages of there is no option to create new topic and i want to ask to that guy if they got answer of their questions and i am working with many of BM and Translator who are from freelancing websites and did applied on behalf of them. I got error while i quote them that this thread is dead or something like that so i copied and pasted but intentions is not creating mirror thread.
If you guys allowed me to delete this i will delete but atleast stop doin allegations against me.
