Yes it speeds up weight loss but you still need to be careful with total daily calories (in the time window you consume them). Excess calories will still become fat but it's harder to overeat in a restricted time window, at least for me.
In this fasting method, you may think that we can eat the three meals in the two times but in reality we can't eat much as you for everyone else as well.But it may not help you to lose weight only with diet it also should be followed by our daily workout routine so more calories will get burned from our body fat.
There were videos that I've watched that you can eat as much as you can as long as you are in the eating period. I understand it now why calorie counting/intake is very much important to those who want to reduce their weight.
My cousin uses some tools to calculate how many calories he should consume. He told me you could eat as much rice as you want, but you don't add more even if you still hungry. I don't know what method he used, but in 4 months ago, he succeeds to have a shaped body than before. That is a big success of him that amazes many of our members family, but he told that not all people could do like what he did because before we eat, we should know the amount of the calorie, so we don't break the limit.
