So, I'm completely new to Bitcoin. I'm looking to invest in it a little after reading about the halving coming up, but before I do, I'm trying to learn the basics about it.

I've been playing in an online casino and I have $300 I can withdraw but the only way to cash it out is through Bitcoin.
I came across an article stating that to do this, to set up a coinbase account and  a blockchain.com account. I did that, linked my blockchain account to my bankcard, then tried to connect to the exchange, and it told me that my state (Oregon) doesn't allow blockchain to operate.

So I hopped on chat with Customer service and through a LONG chat, come to find out that blockchain.com is just a site, not the official blockchain that crypto is based on... It's just THAT website not allowed in Oregon (I thought they meant crytpo in general!)

So, they deleted my account and now I have NO IDEA what to do. How do I withdraw from that casino? I now have no wallet. And I dont know the best way to proceed.

Any help/advice?
