I've just checked them out because I've never heard of them, and tbh I wouldn't recommend them. Seems like a random website to me, who is running it? Also there is no info about the company whatsoever, where are they located, who are the persons behind it etc. I wouldn't trust my money to a random website on internet.
It seems to be located in Sau Paulo, Brazil. I've used the payment forwarding so they don't keep your coins. Obviously you're not going to send 100 BTC
There are other options like BitPay, Gourl, etc it depends of the personal preference, fees, integration etc
