as you said it's all a is bad exchange but there are still many projects that want to do an IEO or register their coins there. I don't know why and that might have been a decision by the development team. but at least I'm still grateful to be able to make a few dollars there than not at all. I ever traded on P2PB2B or LATOKEN and indeed there is no real volume of coins if trade in there.
