Hello guys! We're thankful that you brought these questions up. We are currently checking on updating some wordings on the Whitepaper and website to remove some confusions.

To answer your questions, yes you are correct Simplexx Ltd., a company based in and incorporated in the United Kingdom will be the distributor of the digital token, the same concept that was used by Ripple, they have management and distribution company and there are few legal reasons to keep it that way.

For the physical gold the proceeds from the sale of ANG will be used to buy gold, we have one source of gold exporter which can bring in gold to Canada from Latin America, gold will pass to Canadian Customs and then once it is on Canadian soil it may either held by Aureus Nummus Management Corp or the buyer.

Aureus Nummus Gold has FINCEN and FINTRAC approval and registration. No outside investors, all in-house self-funded. Also, acquisition of 1000 shareholders in Aureus Management corp is in process in preparation with CSE/TSX American stock exchange in order to establish public transparency and accountability of the ANG.

I hope we answered all your questions and thank you again for checking the project. Feel free to drop us a message anytime.
