I think it would be better to move old members enrolled in lower rank to their appropriate rank, based on the date of their enrollment, older by older, whenever a spot is available. New one will join as full member and will get higher rank whenever available.
I will not argue with this proposition, personally I asked to join whatever the rank was and I accept mOgliE and ethan_nx decisions to adopt or not this proposition. Our campaign is one of the best and longest campaign in bitcointalk which is a honor. Good day everyone
