I believe that bonuses depend on many factors like your wagered amount, recent activity, bonuses received so far etc. I'm the player on Stake as well and I've never received my Bronze VIP bonus because I've reached it like a half a year ago when they didn't offer bonuses for Bronze.

I got 100 for plat 1 level amd others getting 250 USD for platneum 1 level !! So I just want my bonus what they give to other !
