If you pay them 0.3ETH you can not do shit.
32000MN is just a number of coins you can mint over following 50 years...
If you pay them 0.3ETH you will start mining (yeah right, mining) earning 1,84 MNE per day.
You currently have only one exchange Livecoin com and that one has suspended deposits....
Basicaly it is easier to give 0.3ETH to someone because at least they will say thank you :-)
