In games that involves skill there's a difference but on casino games that are easy to play it's most likely the same. Having more experience can only get gamblers up to a certain point (setting preferred strategies, bankroll management, etc) because eventually the house edge would start to kick in. The most ridiculous thing about such scams is that they require KYC only for withdrawals but you can freely deposit without passing it 
That's what happens when gamblers quickly skip the terms and conditions on registration.
