The problem is how governments are structured/how they operate. Structure them properly so that evil people in governments (and even private sector) will be held accountable for their crimes and breaking of laws/rules

It seems many don't to check and balance their governments. We could even use the right technology (like decentralized tech) to do this very effectively. Centralization of power contribute seriously to the evil in governments. We all need to properly monitor those who are up there to serve society (whether private or public) and use the laws against the breakers of good laws.
