mineabit has been experiencing problems today. quite frankly we did not expect to reach 700Mh at some point.

The main issue was caused by the number of accounts crated (1100) in the last 12 hours, this killed our mail server.

The backup server kicked in but could only handle 100 email in or out per hour resulting in a lot of messages being lost/queued/delayed.

I am currently working on a new mail server to handle the load in a better fashion and hoping to migrate to a faster database (the current one was ok but started to slow down due to the amount of shares submitted).

The stratum server is currently down to facilitate the database migration.

While mining facility is offline, the wallet is issuing payments as the blocks are confirmed.

For those who have received payments from my pool please confirm here so others do not panick!

Also keep in mind the pool had and will not have fees (not like other just for the first x..) and is funded by donations which surprise surprise are basically inexistent!

All of those complaining that all the pools are shit, well, why don't you set one up and see what it's like.
